Please complete the Order Form below by following these instruction.

We use this system so that you do not have to write anything, and we can clearly read what you have ordered.
This saves us from bothering you when your order arrives in the post by ringing you to ask what you have written.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Enter the Item Number, Quantity, Colour (via the drop down box) and Item Price for the product you require.
    [The subtotal will be calculated for you]. The price will be provided when we talk about your order on the phone

2. Repeat 1 for each additional product you require.

3. Enter the Number of Pallets that will be required to deliver your order, and the shipping amount per pallet.
    [The subtotal will be calculated for you].

4. All the remaining fields will be calculated for you. At this time we are NOT REGISTERED FOR VAT and so the VAT box will show £0.00!!

5. Complete the Delivery and Invoice Address details and any additional comments you wish to add.

6. Press the PRINT button below the form to print the document on one page;
    please wait for your PC to show the Print window, then press OK.

7. Sign the form, and post it to us at the above address with a cheque for the full amount.
